Our Process
Our specialty is in the design and remodeling of your Portland home. We start with a complementary, on-site home design consultation, no matter the size of your project. Depending on the design, we may ask for a design retainer to cover the cost for our in-house drafting; this amount is deducted from the total contract price. We will then measure the existing home, draw plans, and consult with you on the new remodel. If the plans for the home design require structural calculations in order to build the remodel, we have a great team of licensed architects and engineers to turn to. After helping you select fixtures and materials for your new design, we then call in our team of highly talented and reliable sub-contractors to help us evaluate and estimate your remodel. This design process allows us to get the most accurate estimate we can achieve, to meet your budget requirements. If everything is satisfactory, then a final remodeling contract is signed. Since we are also the general contractor, we will be scheduling and supervising your remodel and ensuring that your home design is completed as agreed, right up until the very end. We are never satisfied until you are satisfied. |
